    JOB SUMMARY:

    Lead Accounts Payable Specialist performs a full range of accounts payable functions requiring significant interaction with the Accounts Payable Manager. Working independently and efficiently to process invoices in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, as well as RCHHC policies. Requires daily interaction with Accounting and Supply Chain Management, as well as Department Managers, other RCHHC staff and outside vendors. Responsible for the training, testing, and upgrades of the Accounts Payable Document Imaging system working with various levels of end users, NP Supervisor, IT, and the Accounting Financial Systems Team. The A/P Lead Specialist's responsibilities include the Document Imaging systems daily operations working in line with department policies and procedures and to provide innovative ideas and solutions to keep the system efficient and functioning with the highest integrity.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent

    8 Years of Experience

     

    Experience with Accounts Payable Processing in an ERP System

     

    Knowledge of State of California Sales Tax Laws and Regulations

     

    Knowledge of Federal Form 1099 Reporting Requirements

     

    Experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable

     

    Experience with AP Electronic Scanning Systems

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Associate’s Degree

     

    10+ Years of Experience

     

    The current salary range for this position is $25.47 to $35.03
