Behavior Technician – Support, Empower, Transform (School-Based) ??

Are you passionate about helping students thrive? As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be a key part of a school-based team supporting students with special needs. From guiding daily routines to reinforcing positive behaviors, your role helps create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where every student can succeed.

Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Providing hands-on support to students with behavioral and developmental needs

+ Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans

+ Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to track progress

+ Helping foster a calm, consistent, and uplifting classroom experience

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
