Essential Functions Statement(s)

+ CMM programming (Zeiss/Calypso)

+ Interpret prints and use a variety of gages. Mics. Calipers Optical Comparator and height gage.

+ Inspect Manufactured and vendor parts

+ Complete documentation per Company procedures

+ Communicate with Machine Operators, Management, Vendors, and other departments.

+ Maintain Quality documents, tools and procedures.

+ Must be able to stand 10+ hours

+ Must be able to lift 70lbs

+ Must be able to walk, carry, bend, kneel.

+ Must be able to communicate effectively, get along with co-workers, and deal with colleagues effectively and professionally.

+ A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience : Two to four years related experience.

Vocational school or machine trades class is helpful.

Computer Skills

Ability to be trained to use D365 effectively.

Microsoft Excel
