    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an organized, articulate, professional, and passionate Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that our new customers receive the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in the installation of their account. The successful candidate oversees the entire installation process of new accounts and the installation of new equipment at current accounts.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Professional communication with future and current clients

    • Schedule and conduct site surveys at current and future accounts

    • Complete Work Orders on Office Coffee system, Installation/Swap/Removal link

    • Daily communication with the C1 department regarding future accounts

    • Attend final walk-thru visits at new accounts sold by the RSD team

    • Participating/Overseeing installations with our Service Technicians

    • Continued development of installation processes

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Proven experience in customer service and/or client management

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently

    • Strong problem-solving skills

    • Troubleshoot any problems that arise and take the necessary steps to resolve

    • Prepare, update, and report on status of new installations

    • Knowledge of Excel and Word

    • Knowledge of coffee equipment is a plus
