    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **General Laborers** for projects located in **Lebanon, TN** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $25/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a General Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to further your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Provide labor support for specialty crew and willing to cross train

    + Operate heavy machinery which includes, company vehicles, skid steers, paver, roller, milling machine, grader and etc...

    + Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

    + Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

    + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

    + Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

    + Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

    + Perform other duties assigned

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in paving milling grading and/or seal-coating and striping is a highly preferred but not required

    + Must be able to work weekends

    + Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds

    + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
