    **BayCare** is currently in search of our newest **Occupational Therapist – Pediatrics** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. This is an outpatient Pediatric position with a diverse population of infants through school aged patients. Heavy caseload of developmental delay and children on the Spectrum. This position is a Specialty Center under St. Joseph's Children Hospital.

    **Pediatric Occupational Therapist** responsibilities:

    + Opportunity to work with a variety of diagnoses and conditions, infant through school aged.

    + Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy.

    + Heavy developmental delay and autism caseload.

    + Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Fitness Specialists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students and volunteers.

    + 3 or more years of Pediatric Outpatient experience preferred.

    + Bilingual a plus.

    + A supervising licensed Occupational Therapist may only supervise 1 permittee at any given time.

    Requirements:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + OT (Occupational Therapy)

    + Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain

    + Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy

    + Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy
