    We are seeking an experienced **UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect** (formerly UKG Dimensions Architect) to lead the design and implementation of time tracking, scheduling, and absence management solutions across a complex, multi-business environment. This role is pivotal in aligning UKG Pro WFM capabilities with organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration, optimal user experience, and compliance with labor regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + **Solution Design:** Architect UKG Pro WFM solutions to address workforce management challenges.

    + **Technical Expertise:** Provide advanced knowledge of modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave, and Attendance.

    + **Integration:** Design and support integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi).

    + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs.

    + **Process Optimization:** Enhance processes to improve end-user experience.

    + **Reporting & Analytics:** Own reporting strategy and workflow creation using tools like Activiti.

    + **Mentorship:** Guide and support team members to build solution capabilities.

    + **System Administration:** Manage timeclock design, access control, and system profiles.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.

    + 7+ years of experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM in a solution architecture or functional lead role.

    + Deep understanding of time & attendance processes and requirements gathering.

    + Experience working in global, multi-country environments.

    + Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

    + Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in Healthcare domains.

    + Certification in UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence).

    + Familiarity with Activiti BPM platform and Dell Boomi middleware.

    + Experience with Kronos iSeries is a plus.
