Partner Account Manager
Job Description:
The ISV Marketplace Partner Development Manager position works with high-potential ISVs, to onboard them in to Sage's Marketplace programs, guide them to develop software integrations between their solution and key Sage products, influence their development direction inline with Sage's product roadmap, and nurture the relationship to new revenue streams.
*This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite*
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively manage a portfolio of 150-200 ISV marketplace partnerships, keyed to revenue contributions, partner satisfaction, and growth with Sage.
• Continually evaluate portfolio for: ISVs with unique value propositions to promote to pricelist/Sage acquisition, high-potential ISVs for deeper nurturing, and under-performing ISVs to terminate from program
• Earn support of tech partner business leader/founder to build the ISV’s engagement with Sage.
• Recruit new ISVs by identifying the key business drivers for the specific ISV and the solution requirements for Sage to determine the right products and right partnership that fits both parties
• Onboard the ISV with diligence and completeness, including: determining/negotiating correct partnership monetization model(s), ensuring proper contracts and agreements are in place, providing access to development resources, confirming required integration certifications have been achieved, and marketplace listing.
• Protect Sage’s interests and reduce our risk through ISV compliance with Code of Conduct, Due Diligence, and contract governance. Ensure that ISVs are adhering to requirements for API usage, Agentic AI rights, as well as Sage branding guidelines.
Qualifications:
• 5-7+ years in partner management, partner/customer sales, business
• Experience in ISV ecosystems or cloud technologies highly desired.
• SaaS background highly preferred
