    We're Hiring: Extruder Operator – Foam Industry

    **Location:** Hickory, NC

    **Shift:** Third Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    **Pay:** $19/hour

     

    About the Role

     

    We are looking for a motivated and experienced Extruder Operator to join our foam production team in Hickory, NC. In this hands-on role, you will operate advanced extrusion equipment to produce high-quality foam products. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate extrusion machinery to produce foam products according to exact specifications

    + Perform routine inspections and adjustments to maintain consistent production flow

    + Conduct quality checks using digital calipers and inspection tools

    + Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime

    + Ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of all assigned equipment

    What We’re Looking For

    + Minimum 2 years of extrusion machine operation experience (LDPE foam experience is a plus)

    + Ability to read and interpret product drawings/spec sheets

    + Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude

    + Proficiency with digital calipers and other inspection tools

    + Effective communication and time management skills

    + Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

    + Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
