Position Overview
As Director of Rollouts, you will lead a department responsible for managing large-scale retail rollout projects from concept to completion. You will oversee a team of 6+ direct reports, guide subcontractors and installation partners, and ensure client expectations are exceeded. This highly visible role works alongside the executive team to shape departmental strategy, drive efficiencies, and implement processes that increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide leadership by motivating and guiding the team to meet project goals, responsibilities, and milestones.
+ Manage full project life cycle, including onboarding, estimating, negotiating, planning, scheduling, implementation, reporting, budgeting, and deliverables.
+ Oversee both your own assigned projects and the projects managed by your team.
+ Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors and installers to ensure quality and consistency.
+ Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for rollout execution.
+ Oversee day-to-day activities, department workload, deadlines, and billings while prioritizing resources effectively.
+ Demonstrate strong financial acumen by monitoring budgets, analyzing performance, and presenting financial updates to leadership.
+ Participate in bidding processes and present proposals to senior leadership for approval.
+ Proactively identify risks, resolve challenges, and make decisions that protect client and company interests.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company-wide objectives.
+ Lead departmental HR functions including hiring, onboarding, training, employee development, and performance reviews.
+ Provide clear communication and regular updates to executive leadership.
+ Remain available for occasional evening/weekend support and travel several times per year as needed.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
+ 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in rollouts, retail installation, or fixture installations.
+ 3+ years of direct people management experience leading teams of 5+ employees.
+ Demonstrated success managing high-profile clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
+ Strong financial management skills, including forecasting, margin control, and reporting.
+ Proven ability to lead strategically, make informed decisions, and resolve complex challenges.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; additional project management tools a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
+ Starting salary from $100,000/year

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
