Our client, a US manufacturer of flooring products, is seeking a **Production Lead** in the **Gainesville, FL** area! A Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, supervising production staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.
Shift & pay options are as follows:
+ 2 nd Shift: Mon-Thur – 2:00pm-12:30am (Pay rate based on experience + $1/hr shift differential)
+ Overtime is paid at 1.5x hourly rate
This position comes with:
+ Quarterly bonuses up to 3%
+ Bi-weekly pay

Qualifications/Skill Sets Required:
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Must have previous lead experience
+ Experience utilizing an ERP system is preferred
+ Reliable Transportation
+ Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
Next Steps:
+ Phone screening with Adecco recruiter
+ On-site interview with Production Manager
+ Offer, then begin onboarding process of initiating background check & scheduling drug test
+ Attending orientation.

**Pay Details:** $55,000.00 to $64,000.00 per hour
