    GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

    The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of assets within AIS Infrastructure. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective utilization, maintenance, and performance of the company's assets, including equipment, machinery, vehicles, and facilities. The Asset Manager must possess a strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices, and adhere to AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and protocols.

    MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures.

    + Monitor and analyze asset performance, including equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and lifecycle management.

    + Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure assets are properly maintained and in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset utilization and minimize downtime.

    + Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and technological advancements in asset management.

    + Coordinate and oversee asset maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

    + Manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for asset maintenance and operations.

    + Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of asset-related information, including maintenance records, warranties, and service agreements.

    + Provide guidance and support to staff regarding asset management best practices.

    + Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in asset management practices.

    REQUIRED JOB SKILLS & ABILITIES

    + Strong knowledge of asset management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    + Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to asset management.

    + Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Customer service-oriented mindset.

    EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

    + Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

    + Relevant certifications or licenses in asset management or related areas (e.g., Certified Asset Manager, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) preferred.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field, preferably in the construction or industrial services industry.

    + In-depth knowledge of asset management software systems.

    + Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and software used in asset management

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    + Strong knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting principles as they relate to asset management.

    + Proficiency in using asset management software and related technology.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and information.

    + Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive asset management decisions.

    + Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining asset records and documentation.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    + Customer service skills to address internal and external asset management inquiries.
