    Key Responsibilities:

    + Strategic Project Leadership (25%)

    + Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives that support the School's strategic priorities, including academic, research, clinical, and institutional goals.

    + Collaborate with leadership to define project objectives, success metrics, and key deliverables that align with the Dean's vision and institutional strategy.

    + Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables with a focus on long-term value and sustainability.

    + Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

    + Business Strategy Alignment (25%)

    + Ensure all initiatives are closely tied to the School's strategic plan and operational goals.

    + Provide analysis, recommendations, and decision-support materials that inform strategic planning and resource allocation.

    + Monitor progress against strategic priorities and prepare high-level reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership.

    + Cross-Functional Engagement (25%)

    + Serve as a central coordination point for projects involving multiple departments, centers, and external partners.

    + Facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

    + Lead strategic workgroups and steering committees, maintaining momentum and accountability.

    + Change Management & Implementation (25%)

    + Integrate change management principles into project plans to ensure stakeholder adoption and long-term success.

    + Support Dean's Office Leadership in communicating project goals, progress, and outcomes to internal and external audiences.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, strategic management, project management, or related field.

    Substitution(s)

    + A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

    + An advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis if the degree is in a field of study directly related to the work assignment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Master's degree in business administration, public administration, health administration, or related field.

    + Project management experience in higher education, healthcare, or academic medicine.

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable certification.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.

    + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.

    + Outstanding customer service skills.

    + Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strategic impact.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

    + Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $68,462 to $87,084.
