Job description:
We are a fast-growing home improvement company serving customers across Florida. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with strong organizational skills and customer service experience to join our team.
Customer Support Specialist Duties:
+ Responsible for communicating with our customers and providing them with clear and accurate project information.
+ Utilizing our internal client information database, and communicating with other departments to obtain project information updates as needed.
+ Responsible for updating database with information communicated to customer.
+ Responsible for composing and preparing replies to customer inquiries independently using word processing software (Outlook).
+ Using correct and updated application forms to assist with filling out permit applications forms with clear and accurate customer and property information within various municipalities/Counties.
+ Mailing application forms to customers for signatures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Minimum of 2 years of general office/clerical experience.
+ Prior customer service experience (phone, email, and in person).
+ Strong knowledge of business English, spelling, and grammar.
+ Proficiency with word processing and data entry.
+ Ability to compose accurate and professional correspondence.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
+ Preferred: Familiarity with business or permitting processes.
