    Description

    Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user support, manage devices, and administer Intune and Azure AD/Entra environments.

    Requirements

    3–5+ years desktop support experience

     

    Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for device management

     

    Experience with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID administration

     

    Knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

     

    Strong hardware and software support background

    Excellent communication and customer service skills
