    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Returns Associate to join our team. In this long-term contract role, you will manage and coordinate the return authorization process, working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of return requests and a seamless experience for customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage the full Return Authorization process using company systems.

    + Investigate and resolve return issues by collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Accounting, and Logistics.

    + Coordinate the movement of goods between customers, company locations, and partner organizations.

    + Utilize ERP and CRM systems to process orders and manage returns efficiently.

    + Maintain accurate records of returns and customer interactions.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and other channels.

    + Prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines and balance multiple demands.

    + Assist with report and presentation preparation using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to return management and customer service processes.

     

    Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent.

     

    • Proficiency with computer systems at an intermediate level.

    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    • Experience working with D365 and ERP/CRM platforms.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for precise and effective customer interactions.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

    • Two or more years of experience in a similar customer service or returns management role. TalentMatch®
