Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
**Location:** Pensacola, FL | **Relocation Assistance:** $3,000
**Compensation:** $30–$35 per hour + Bonus Pay

This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability of mission-critical equipment and supporting manufacturing processes that improve and save lives worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems, including sensors, control systems, and electrical components.
+ Perform calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and compliance.
+ Troubleshoot issues with PLCs, VFDs, and advanced operator interface equipment.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement system upgrades and process improvements.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant Electrical & Instrumentation experience
+ Proficient in:
+ PLC troubleshooting and program documentation
+ Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) installation and troubleshooting
+ Repair and maintenance of process control instruments
+ Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
+ Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Associate’s degree in electrical or instrumentation field
+ Certifications such as:
+ Journeyman Electrician
+ ISA Certified Control Systems Technician
+ NCCER/Certified Plus
+ Experience in automotive, biotech, or manufacturing environments **Physical and Work Environment Requirements:**
+ Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 40 lbs
+ Ability to stand, squat, and reach for extended periods
+ Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, heat, or confined spaces
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or on-call shifts as needed **What’s Offered:**
