    The CSSP Program Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and assessing projects, programs, and operations within the CSSP Program. This role ensures proper alignment of non-traditional subscribers who do not fall within the standard processes established by the sustainment team. The Program Manager will coordinate across teams to generate support agreements, track subscriber alignment, and facilitate each phase of the process—from Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) through architectural solution development, equipment procurement, configuration, delivery, and operational service completion—ultimately transitioning subscribers to sustainment for future renewal.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage CSSP projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    + Establish, implement, and maintain processes for aligning non-traditional subscribers.

    + Collaborate with the sustainment team to generate and execute support agreements.

    + Oversee all phases of subscriber alignment, including:

    + Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM).

    + Architectural solution development.

    + Equipment procurement and configuration.

    + Delivery and operational service initiation.

    + Transition to sustainment for ongoing support and renewal.

    + Assess program performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

    + Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (or 8 years additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree).

    + Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required at time of hire

    + Strong project and program management skills, with proven experience in operations assessment and subscriber support.

    + Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
