Here’s what you’ll be doing:

+ Process warranty claims

+ Verify criteria required by factory or distributor

+ Post credits on computer

+ Track parts by tagging

+ Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped

+ Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims

+ Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

+ REQUIRED GM warranty clerk experience

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness

+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

+ Advanced computer skills
