• Remote Est - Paid Media Associate

    Job Description

    A large software and gaming company is looking for a remote EST Paid Media Associate to execute paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience activating a variety of platforms with an understanding of the paid media ecosystem. This role is hands-on keyboard and will involve directly building and optimizing campaigns in-platform. Occasional weekend work will be required.

    In this role, you will

    • Build, launch, and manage global paid media campaigns across all Paid Social platforms, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.

    • Execute paid social media campaigns that align with business and marketing objectives

    • Implement A/B tests for creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance

    • Perform thorough QA checks and monitor daily performance (budget, bids, placements) to optimize effectiveness

    • Track & analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights for optimization and reporting

    • Maintain active communication with internal teams to manage timelines and ensure seamless campaign execution

    • Stay ahead of industry trends, seek mentorship, refine skills, and further gain understanding of the paid media ecosystem.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in paid social media within the entertainment or gaming industries handling high volumes.

    • Expertise in all key paid social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit)

    • Google Ads platform experience

    • Experience executing paid media campaigns (ideally at a global scale), including bid management and optimizations at a high volume.

    • Demonstrated ability to work with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

    • Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining accuracy, platform best practices, and understanding business complexities

    • Possess a proactive and agile mindset, capable of making quick campaign adjustments in a fast-moving, dynamic company
