    Job Description

    As a key member of the Infrastructure Security Engineering team, you will be at the forefront of the security transformation, cultivating a security-first mindset throughout the organization. Your mission is to liaise with Information Security and Privacy to ensure delivery of successful security initiatives as it pertains to Ticketmaster, embedding robust security practices into the very fabric of the infrastructure design and implementation. Ticketmaster believes that security is not just a checkpoint, but a continuous journey that begins at the earliest stages of development and infrastructure planning. You will champion a ShiftLeft approach that integrates security seamlessly into the infrastructure lifecycle, leveraging purple team dynamics to foster a proactive security culture that anticipates, derisks, and mitigates threats before they materialize.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience in information security engineering/architecture

     

    - Well-rounded background in identity access management, networking security, compute, and cloud security

     

    - Extensive experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) - any tools like Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, etc.

     

    - Enterprise systems experience - large companies and environments, delivering change throughout infrastructure

     

    - Zero Trust architecture understanding and experience

     

    - Log aggregation, and security information and event management (SIEM)

     

    - Programming and/or scripting skills in languages such as Golang, Rust, Python, Java, Powershell or similar - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc) preferred
