    Job Description

    We seek a motivated, self-starting, passionate team player to join our client's team in the role of Project Manager. This position was created in response to the growth of the organization and will report to the Program Manager Office and focus on the delivery of projects for the firm. The Project Manager will work in close collaboration with all members of the Technology Team as well as departments that come together to create the project team that is responsible for the delivery of the opportunity. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing organization and department with the ability to define and build a career. Responsibilities include:

     

    - Manage end-to-end lifecycle of data projects from initiation to completion

     

    - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to align technical execution with business needs

     

    - Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues

     

    - Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all deliverables

     

    - Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership

    Skills and Requirements

    - Strong background in project management

    - Proven experience managing large-scale data warehouse projects (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, BigQuery)

     

    - Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and BI tools

     

    - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

     

    - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data security best practices
