Job Description

A visual production company is seeking a Project Manager to lead the technical execution of multimedia projects, including live events, video production, and digital content delivery. This role bridges creative vision with technical implementation, ensuring seamless production workflows and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all technical aspects of video production, live streaming, and post-production workflows.

- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients to translate project goals into technical solutions.

- Manage equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (cameras, lighting, audio, switchers, encoders).

- Lead technical crews during live events and studio shoots, ensuring smooth execution.

- Develop and maintain production standards, including file formats, resolution, and delivery specs.

- Stay current with emerging technologies in media production and recommend upgrades or innovations.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and data security standards.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in project management within video production, broadcast, or live events.

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), live production tools (vMix, OBS, TriCaster), and audio systems.

- Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting setups, and post-production workflows.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical teams under tight deadlines. - Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Vectorworks) for technical schematics and layout planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Engineering, or related field preferred.
