    Job Summary:

    The Site Supervisor for Warehouse Logistics will be responsible for overseeing operations in the Aberdeen, MD area. The Site Supervisor will work a Monday to Friday day shift schedule.

    Qualifications:

    - 2-3 years of Previous experience in warehouse logistics or a related field

     

    - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team

     

    - Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management

     

    - Excellent communication and organizational skills

     

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure

    Responsibilities:

    - Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient warehouse operations

     

    - Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands

     

    - Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures

     

    - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and streamline operations

     

    - Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

    Salary:

    Hourly $25-$27 DOE
