    Description

    The Director of Coaching Quality Assurance will oversee quality standards for coaching and student engagement. This role is responsible for reviewing coach-student interactions, providing ongoing training and professional development, and ensuring best practices in sales and customer service. The director will manage QA processes, track key performance indicators, update systems and content to reflect evolving requirements, and lead initiatives such as HubSpot automation, website updates, and the student referral program.

    SALARY: $58,000/year

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor's Degreeor five years of directly related professional experience in sales team management/QA

    + One year of relevant experience in sales management/QA

    + Excellent customer service, communication, selling techniques, and management skills

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor's Degree

    + Six or more years of relevant experience in sales management/QA

    + Six or more years in managing successful sales team with excellent customer service, communication, and training skills
