Job Title: Construction Project Manager/Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Burbank, CA, and involves managing and overseeing the reconstruction phase of residential and commercial restoration projects.

Responsibilities

+ Manage reconstruction projects from post-restoration through completion.

+ Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project progress.

+ Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with scope.

+ Maintain strong communication with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.

+ Resolve issues on-site and ensure projects stay within budget and timeline.

+ Document project progress, updates, and changes using company systems.

+ Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable building codes.

+ Collaborate with internal teams including estimators, technicians, and office staff.

+ Participate in on-call rotation for emergency site visits or urgent project needs.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.

+ Proven experience in residential remodeling and commercial tenant improvement.

+ Valid driver’s license.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Proficiency with project management tools and mobile documentation.

+ Ability to read and interpret construction plans and scopes of work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in residential construction and tenant improvement.

+ Proficiency in subcontractor management and customer service.

+ Experience in project management, construction management, and project coordination.

Work Environment

This role is based in Burbank, CA, covering the West LA including Pacific Palisades and Burbank areas, as well as the Alta Dena area. The schedule is typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, meeting at the shop in Burbank each morning. The company provides a vehicle for job-related travel, ensuring you have the tools and support you need to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Burbank, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
