What You Will Do
- JOB SUMMARY
Global Duty Free - US
Manage all aspects of the Profit & Loss statement of the assigned markets & channels to deliver agreed quantitative and qualitative sub-regional targets. Responsible for implementation and execution of all traveler related strategies and activations within the given budget and defined operational framework for your area. Building close relationships with your customers, including distributor management, to ensure optimal performance delivery, in depth knowledge and understanding of market dynamics and to seize potential opportunities for us.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement the area strategy for the assigned markets and customers. Responsible for operational plan and its execution.
+ Drive profitability and share through pricing as a key sales growth driver based on good understanding of margin structures within the trade as well pricing dynamics with relevant traveler groups, host & home market, and competitor prices.
+ Collaborate with Sales Operations and Demand planning teams, secure ongoing availability of products on customer level through accurate sales forecasts considering in market sales, trends and seasonality, customer stock levels and warehouse stock levels and balance forecasts against risk of overstocking and write-offs.
+ Ensure optimal 5 Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, People) plan and execution (in close cooperation with Regional Sales & Trade Marketing Operations Team) for your markets. Sell and negotiate our 5Ps agenda to your customer to ensure availability and best visibility for our products, listing of winning portfolios, optimal FOTG allocation, right pricing and best in class POSM & activations.
+ Gain a full understanding of traveler and brand trends in home and host markets, pricing development and dynamics in home and host market as well as competitors’ strategies. Ensure tracking of competitor info via TOP tool
+ Understand market regulatory dynamics and coordinate with internal legal and compliance teams and external customers on information and insight sharing to secure our business now and in the future. Responsible for the execution of the compliance agenda (GCM, CDM, Distributor profiles, Contract management etc.) in partnership with Sales Coordinator and C&LA team.
+ Manage assigned budget to achieve Profit & Loss objectives as well as operational responsibility for managing regionally allocated activation funds.
+ Continuous Customer management throughout the year – contract management, annual negotiations & review schedules, develop account plan and KPIs, including guidance for AM / team.
+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Must live within an hour of Fort Lauderdale Fl.
+ Minimum of 50% international Travel
+ Bilingual Spanish & English
+ Advanced Power Point skillset
+ Advanced Excel skillset
Education and Experience:
+ Associate degree in business
+ 1+ years of Sales/Marketing experience
+ Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge of:
+ Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
Skilled in:
+ Verbal and written communication

- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
+ Associate degree in business
+ 3+ years of Sales/Marketing experience
+ Experience in FMC industry
Work Environment and Physical Demand
+ Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (10-50 lbs.).
+ Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
+ Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
+ Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
