    Responsibilities What You’ll Do:

    + Coordinate and implement individualized physical therapy plans in accordance with Iowa licensure standards.

    + Deliver and delegate clinical rehab services focused on:

    + Gait training, mobility, and range of motion

    + Pain control, strengthening, balance, and coordination

    + Evaluate patients with medical or health-related movement limitations.

    + Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response.

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure holistic care.

    + Document and bill services accurately and ethically.

    Qualifications Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

    + Current Iowa PT license and BLS certification.

    + Valid driver’s license (for work-related travel).

    + EMR experience preferred.

    + Pelvic health experience preferred — or willingness to train!
