Qualifications:

+ Physical Therapist degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.

+ Current Physical Therapist license for state of Ohio required.

+ Requires effective communication skills and the ability to problem solve, plan, and prioritize. Displays flexibility.

+ Duties require independent judgment and decision-making, and maintenance of confidentiality.

+ Demonstrates acceptable work performance by exhibiting a positive and constructive attitude, initiative, dependability, cooperation, and skill in verbal and written expression.

+ Abides by the Code of Ethical Conduct as defined by the Code of Ethics by the APTA.

+ BLS certification within 30 days of hire
