    Job Description

    The Employee Housing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operations and administration of employee housing within the organization. This role ensures that housing assignments, records, and occupant services are managed efficiently while fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive community for all residents. The Coordinator acts as a liaison between occupants, the housing team, facilities/maintenance, human resources, and leadership, balancing operational needs with occupant well-being.

     

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism are essential.

     

    Compensation Data

     

    COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $20 to $20. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Coordinate the check-in and check-out process for employees, including key distribution, paperwork completion, and room inspections.

    + Maintain up-to-date housing assignments in the housing management system (Excel or similar)

    + Track and report on occupancy levels, availability, and bed utilization across multiple housing locations.

    + Assist in conducting regular housing census reviews to ensure records match actual occupancy.

    + Support compliance with rent collection, payroll deductions, and related housing charges.

    + Serve as the first point of contact for occupant inquiries, concerns, or complaints, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and respectfully.

    + Provide information and guidance on housing policies, procedures, and community standards.

    + Support conflict resolution between occupants, escalating issues to the Housing Manager when necessary.

    + Promote community well-being by assisting with housing events, wellness activities, or engagement initiatives.

    + Ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment that fosters positive employee experiences.

    + Assist with scheduling and conducting housing inspections, including move-in/move-out inspections, safety checks, and periodic reviews.

    + Document and report housing incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations in a timely manner.

    + Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to enter and update work orders as needed.

    + Support compliance with internal company policies and union agreements (if applicable).

    + Maintain accurate inventory records for housing furnishings, keys, appliances, and equipment.

    + Prepare reports on housing occupancy, turnover, incidents, and occupant satisfaction.

    + Maintain occupant files, agreements, and documentation in compliance with recordkeeping standards.

    + Assist with audits of housing operations, including inspections, bed inventories, and safety compliance.

    + Monitor and track metrics related to housing (occupancy, maintenance requests, resident turnover, etc.) to support decision-making.

    + Draft and distribute housing communications, notices, and memos to residents.

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience in housing, property management, hospitality, HR, or related field.

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

    + Competence with spreadsheets, databases, or housing management systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, Airtable, etc.).

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
