    Our client, a leader in innovative mobility solutions, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Vehicle Development department supporting fleet operations and engineering programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Technical Program Manager, Vehicle Development

    **Pay Range:** $86/hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope project completion.

    + Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to execute project tasks successfully.

    + Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

    + Facilitate communication among cross-functional stakeholders through meetings, reports, and documentation.

    + Oversee sustaining engineering and fleet support engineering programs from initiation to deployment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

    + 6-8 years of experience managing complex programs or projects.

    + Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and Agile methodologies.

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and risk management skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
