Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our production machinery. You will work independently, with a total team of ten employees on the shift, but you will be the sole maintenance technician. Depending on your experience, you may undergo training on the 1st shift for the first 30 to 90 days.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery with minimal supervision.

+ Execute equipment repairs and adjustments to restore functionality and minimize downtime.

+ Log maintenance and repair activities in accordance with internal quality control procedures.

+ Set up, configure, and program manufacturing equipment for moderately complex production tasks.

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and ensure consistent operation.

+ Conduct internal calibration of tools and devices to maintain accuracy and compliance.

+ Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for equipment servicing.

+ Assist engineering teams with technical tasks involving mechanical and electronic systems.

Essential Skills

+ Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Preventive maintenance.

+ 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.

+ Automation, robotics, and PLC programming.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Two-year degree in Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electronics (Preferred).

+ 3+ years industrial maintenance experience (Required).

+ Experience working independently on day-to-day tasks in maintenance (Preferred).

Work Environment

The role is based in a medical manufacturing environment, which requires wearing protective gowns to enter cleanrooms. This ensures the safety and quality of our production processes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Arden Hills, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.
