As a **CMM Programmer** , you will play a **pivotal role in ensuring the quality of complex, tight-tolerance machined parts** using advanced coordinate measuring systems, while collaborating with a talented team of engineers, machinists, and quality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Program and operate **CMM machines** (PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso, or equivalent) for **dimensional inspections of high-precision components** .

+ Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot **inspection routines** based on GD&T specifications and engineering drawings.

+ Perform **First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections** .

+ Generate **detailed inspection reports** and document non-conformances.

+ Collaborate with **Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams** to drive **continuous improvement** initiatives.

+ Maintain **inspection equipment** and ensure proper calibration standards.

+ Mentor and train **quality techs or operators** on advanced inspection techniques as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ **3+ years of CMM programming experience** in a precision manufacturing environment.

+ Proficiency with **PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso, or equivalent CMM software** .

+ Strong understanding of **GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection methodologies** .

+ Hands-on experience with **surface plates, height gages, micrometers, and other precision inspection tools** .

+ Familiarity with **AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems** is a plus.

+ Experience with **aerospace, automotive, or industrial components** preferred.

+ Prior experience at **high-precision manufacturing environments** (e.g., G.W. Lisk) strongly desired.
