SFS Group USA Inc is looking to add an Applications Engineer to our team on-site at our Wyomissing, PA location. Looking to kick-start your engineering career with hands-on experience in R&D, quality, and customer engagement? As an Applications Engineer, you will support foundational engineering tasks, gain practical exposure to lab testing, and learn critical business systems like SAP and Confluence. Objectives:

+ Support the R&D team with foundational technical and documentation tasks.

+ Learn and apply company processes (SAP, ECN, Confluence, BMS) in daily work.

+ Learn the basic of laboratory tests with the Quality team.

+ Gain exposure to customer needs and applications by participating in visits and reviews.

Principle Duties:

+ Support ECNs and SAP/CAD drawings for production updates.

+ Assist in creating and maintaining manuals, process instructions, and technical records.

+ Join customer visits to observe applications and collect basic insights.

+ Gain know-how on our product portfolio.

+ Understand the basic processes of laboratory tests (corrosion, tensile, shear, peel).

+ Learn how to record and document results following established procedures.

+ Actively contribute to documentation culture (Confluence, Jira, BMS).

+ Attend and support internal R&D meetings and bi-monthly project updates.

+ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and process discipline.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

+ 0-4 years experience in a similar engineering role.
