We are Hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for Home & School Care, Short & Long-Term Cases on Long Island!

(per diem/part time/ full time)

Qualifications/Education:

+ 1 year of LPN experience in a home setting required OR

+ 1 year of LPN experience in school setting/ pediatrics

+ Active NYS LPN license and registration

+ BLS certification

Opportunities:

+ Short-Term / Post-Op Cases: Support patients for a few days or weeks after surgery with wound care, pain management, and safe mobility.

+ · Pediatric Nursing (Home & School): 1:1 school cases, building/sub/floater roles, or home care for children with complex needs.

+ · Private Duty Nursing: Long-term, 1:1 skilled care in the home for patients with chronic or complex conditions (trach/vent, g-tube, wound care).

•Pay Rate:

+ School LPN: $38/hr

+ Home Care LPN: $35/hr
