Description:
Summary:
As a Command Center Coordinator, you play a crucial role in booking and providing information to potential guests and team members that request information from the command center. You are responsible for keeping track of the daily hotel rates as well as room availability to accurately offer rooms to potential guests.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for answering all incoming command center calls
+ Responsible for resolving guest complaints and disputes to guest satisfaction
+ Accurately manage room inventory and current/future room rates
+ Responsible for guest gift cards
+ Reports guest requests and accommodations to housekeeping, including special requests, special needs, and early check ins and check outs
+ Responsible for running hotel reports and due outs
+ Communicate guest needs with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Facilities, and Casino departments
+ Maintain a positive relationship with guests, as well as other departments throughout the hotel/casino
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
+ Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
+ 6 months experience in role with similar responsibilities or with relevant transferrable skills in a similar environment preferred
+ Proven experience providing high level of guest service
+ Ability to use ten key adding machine by touch preferred
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ At least 18 Years of Age
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
+ Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
+ Verify right to work in the United States
