• PEGA Functional Architect - Manager

    About the role

     

    As a Functional Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of PEGA solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the PEGA Solutions team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, managers, and stakeholders.

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead the design and implementation of PEGA solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

    • Oversee the development and deployment of PEGA applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    • Provide expertise in PEGA Reporting to deliver insightful data analysis and support decision-making processes.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PEGA Platform with existing systems and optimize performance.

    • Ensure robust PEGA Security measures are in place to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring some days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Irving,TX.

    What you need to have to be considered

    • Strong technical skills in PEGA Reporting, PEGA Platform, and PEGA Application Development.

    • Expertise in PEGA Data and Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

    • Solid understanding of PEGA User Experience to create user-friendly applications.

    • Experience in PEGA Security to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.

    • Proficiency in PEGA Process Modeling and Analysis to optimize business operations.

    These will help you stand out

    • Familiarity with PEGA Mobility to support mobile workforce requirements.

    • Knowledge of PEGA Express for efficient application development.

    • Experience in PEGA Case Management to enhance customer service operations.

    • Understanding of PEGA Decision Hub for data-driven decision-making.

    • Domain knowledge in Devices and Billing & Revenue Management.

     

    Certifications Required: Certified PEGA Business Architect (CPBA), Certified PEGA System Architect (CPSA).

     

    Salary and Other Compensation

     

    The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
