    Our client is looking for a qualified **PC Lifecycle Technician** to join the team **onsite** in Niskayuna, NY and provide support.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Manage the assets onsite for the customer

    + Responsible for imaging, deploying, maintaining, and wiping

    + Provide back-up desktop support when needed in a backup capacity for Hardware and Software support

    + Provide end-user support

    + Able to work in ServiceNow

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Minimum 3 to 5+ years of related experience and training with assets and desktop support

    + Ability to deliver great customer experience and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction

    + Experience imaging computers

    + Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, client relationships and expectations

    + Strong communication skills

    + Must possess a positive attitude

    + Deskside support and customer service experience

    + CompTIA A+ is a plus not required

    + Manufacturing experience is a plus

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The hourly rate for this position is between **$20.25 - $29.70 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
