SUNY Polytechnic Institute's College of Health Sciences invites applications for a full-time Lecturer (non-tenure) in the School of Nursing. The successful candidate will teach courses for students in our undergraduate programs and engage in university and professional service. Description of Duties:
+ Teach undergraduate nursing courses in online, hybrid, and on-campus modes, primarily in the RN-BS Nursing programs, in a student-centered teaching environment within an evidence-based practice setting.
+ Remain clinically current as a Registered Professional Nurse to integrate real-world nursing knowledge into teaching.
+ Engage in professional or academic activities in campus-based, local, regional or broader communities in an effort to make a positive impact and advance the recognition and reputation of the College and SUNY Poly.
+ Be actively involved in student advising and mentoring, assessment and assurance of learning, curriculum design and revision, as well as committee service at all levels of the Institute.
+ Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $80-$85k
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ MS in Nursing from an institution accredited by the US Department of Education or an internationally recognized organization.
+ Teaching Experience
+ Licensed Nurse in the State of New York (if out of state, one will have one year to secure NY license)
