    **Waste Connections** is looking for individuals who have a passion for driving, career growth, and share our #1 Value: **Safety** ! We are currently hiring a **Roll-Off Garbage Truck Driver** to join our team at **Tampa Hauling in Tampa, FL** .

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    + Safely operate a Roll-Off garbage truck on designated routes to collect solid waste

    + Read route sheets and service each customer as assigned

    + Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance (fluids, safety equipment, tires)

    + Load and unload materials, sometimes without assistance

    + Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash at designated facilities

    + Interact courteously with customers and perform other job-related duties as assigned

    + Typical schedule: **Monday–Friday** , with occasional Saturdays as needed (approx. **50 hours/week** )

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    + Valid **Class A or B CDL**

    + Minimum **2 years of Roll-Off driving experience** with a stable work history

    + Ability to lift **50+ pounds**

    + Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

    + Garbage truck experience is a **plus**
