**Waste Connections** is seeking a skilled and safety-focused **Commercial Garbage Truck Driver** to join our team in **Clearwater, Florida** . If you’re passionate about driving, looking for long-term career growth, and committed to safety—our #1 value—this is the opportunity for you!

Position Details:

+ **Start Time:** 5:00 AM, Monday–Friday

+ **Saturday Work:** Required 3 times per month

+ **Pay:** Starting at **$26.00/hour** , depending on experience (DOE)

+ **Schedule:** Full-time, year-round position averaging **50–55 hours/week**

What You’ll Do:

+ Operate a **Front Load garbage truck** on a designated commercial route

+ Perform regular heavy lifting and climb in/out of the truck

+ Deliver safe, efficient, and courteous service to our customers

Requirements:

+ Valid **Class A or B CDL**

+ Minimum **2 years of Front Load driving experience**

+ Stable work history in a driver role preferred

+ Ability to lift **50+ lbs**

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
