Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Mission Viejo, California. Practice Highlights:

Position Details:

+ Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule; 4.5-day work week with flexibility in daily schedule and protected lunch/charting time

+ Manageable call schedule with nursing support for triage

+ Collaborative team of experienced physicians & APPs, as well as access to a comprehensive network of specialists

+ Support for EMR tasks during vacation/time off

+ Well trained, efficient support staff and dedicated on-site clinic manager

+ Loyal patient base and excellent group support for building a thriving practice

+ Use of EPIC electronic health record

Compensation & Benefits:

+ Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year

+ Profit Sharing and Cash Balance Plans

+ Physician Review for 401(k) Profit Sharing and Cash Balance Plans

+ Financial Planning Review

+ Eligibility for loan forgiveness to support financial well-being

Qualifications & Requirements:

+ Must be board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine (MD/DO)

+ Be licensed in the State of California

+ Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

+ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
