What You’ll Do:
+ Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and walking
+ Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity while respecting Resident’s Rights and HIPAA policies
+ Answer call lights promptly and make unit rounds as scheduled
+ Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the staff member in charge
+ Assist with resident meals, hydration, and weights, reporting significant changes as directed
+ Help with laundry, bed making, and maintaining a clean, orderly living environment
+ Promote independence, encouragement, and companionship for residents

Qualifications
+ PCA certification preferred (will consider strong candidates without prior experience who are caring and dependable)
+ Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills
+ Ability to work well as part of a team in a supportive care environment
