    Occupational Therapist (OTR)Pay Range: $34.00–$38.00 per hour (based on experience)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform comprehensive evaluations and reevaluations of patients, assessing needs in areas such as strength, balance, endurance, range of motion, and activities of daily living

    + Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals based on physician orders and evaluation findings

    + Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, patients, and families to establish treatment frequency, expectations, and progress updates

    + Supervise and provide guidance to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and students during treatment sessions

    + Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and facility policies

    + Conduct reevaluations at least every 30 days as required by state law

    + Recommend and coordinate appropriate discharge from therapy services when goals are met or further progress is not expected

    Qualifications

    + Licensed and registered in New York State as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

    + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

    + Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    + Ability to work collaboratively with therapy staff, patients, and families

    + Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to provide high-quality care
