What You’ll Do:
+ Assemble resident meal trays accurately using menus and tray cards
+ Operate kitchen equipment including dish machine, steam tables, coffee/juice machines, and more
+ Perform dishwashing, pots and pans cleaning, and general sanitation duties
+ Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean counters, racks, carts, and equipment
+ Transport food and supplies to various areas of the facility
+ Prepare and deliver nourishments to nursing units
+ Assist with cafeteria meal service, including serving food and operating the cash register
+ Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
+ Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ rights and personal property

Qualifications
+ Previous food service or dietary aide experience preferred, but not required
+ Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
+ Strong attention to detail, sanitation, and safety standards
+ Dependable, positive, and caring attitude
