What You’ll Do:
+ Provide direct nursing care and assist in planning and evaluating resident needs
+ Serve as Charge Nurse supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
+ Administer medications (including controlled substances) per policy and physician orders
+ Support resident hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and comfort
+ Transcribe physician orders, assist with medical rounds, and ensure lab tests are completed as ordered
+ Observe, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the RN Supervisor and attending physicians
+ Develop and implement resident care plans and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
+ Carry out restorative nursing measures in collaboration with therapy services
+ Perform treatments and nursing interventions as ordered
+ Apply safety and comfort measures to ensure the well-being of residents

Qualifications
+ CurrentNY State RN Licenserequired
