    What You’ll Do:

    + Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transferring, and walking

    + Encourage independence while providing compassionate support

    + Answer call lights promptly and make rounds at the beginning and end of shift

    + Obtain and record resident weights as scheduled and report any changes

    + Assist with personal laundry following proper procedures

    + Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Corporate Compliance, and Resident Rights policies

    + Report to Health Services staff for daily assignments and updates

    + Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times
