Job Description
A partner of Insight Global is looking for a talented Field Marketing Specialist to join their team. The Field Marketing Specialist implements marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and support sales. This role connects enterprise objectives with marketing actions, emphasizing execution at both corporate and site levels with vendor collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan locations, materials, staff, and other resources for field marketing events
• Execute marketing campaigns—events, promotions, and advertising—to boost brand awareness
• Analyze market data to identify target audiences and trends
• Work with designers and writers to develop marketing materials
• Attend industry events to network and gather insights
• Report campaign metrics and ROI to management and sales teams
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Review and refine marketing strategies to improve results

Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years of Marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in areas of Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and execution.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Analytical skills with ability to assess performance.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms, tools and systems.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead team change management in a fast-paced environment.
