    Hybrid BCBA - $86,000 – $90,000 + Monthly Incentive Bonus

     

    Total compensation package valued at $96,000-$100,000+ with salary, incentives, and sign-on bonus!

    What You’ll Do;

    + Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans

    + Provide training, guidance, and support to team members

    + Use your ABA expertise to help individuals gain socially significant skills that enrich their daily lives

    What We Are Looking For;

    + Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification + Minnesota licensure

    + At least 1 year of experience in ABA, crisis intervention

    + Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to quality care
