    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Solutions Architect for a full-time role with a large Banking client. This person can sit out of the following locations - Mt. Laurel, NJ; Charlotte, NC; Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This person will lead the design and delivery of complex, distributed solutions across frontend, backend, and database layers. This role is critical to shaping the technical vision and engineering capabilities of our Journeys and Platforms throughout the full lifecycle. Key responsibilities include architecting and managing end-to-end solutions, including frontend, backend, database, and debugging. They will also lead technical design and integration efforts across enterprise platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate architectural gaps and emerging trends.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 10+ years of experience developing across multiple platforms

     

    - Banking/Financial Services experience

     

    - Proven experience with CI/CD, TDD, and pair programming.

     

    - Strong background in technical tool integration within complex environments.

     

    - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

     

    - Familiarity with MS Azure and cost-effective solution design.

     

    - Background leading initiatives moving from legacy Mainframe systems to Distributed Systems - Experience in AML/KYC solution architecture

     

    - Experience being involved in Regulatory Remediation initiatives
